Pre Gym/Exercise rituals?

I have to listen to certain music on the way to my gym, I also sort of close my eyes and meditate strangely for 5 minutes (in the changing rooms not whilst driving lol) and think of everything I will do and run it through my mind, than I go ahead and do it, and lastly, before I start, I play Ennio Morricone - Ectasy of gold (the good the bad and the ugly soundtrack as I begin to pump me up.
