I have been trying Omega 3 Fish Oil and Coenzyme Q10 supplements, and they make me feel fabulous! I encourage anyone to try them. I'm wondering if there are any others out there who have taken these or who take these and feel great, and lose weight because of them. "(They are supposed to assist in weight loss too)" Feel free to friend me if you do, and look at my diary.

Omega 3 three times a day for me, dunno about weight loss but I think my mood is more stable.

Not tried the Q10, always looked expensive so not something I could casually dabble in.

Tried CoQ10 for a few months (for something unrelated to weight loss) and didn't notice any effect on anything at all. Probably the first supplement I've tried that didn't seem to do ANYTHING. YMMV of course. Omega 3 capsules are a different matter all together, they make a significant difference to my life and greatly reduce my joint pain and inflamation. I think they help me be less cranky too. I've been taking Omega3 on and off for 6 years and have never noticed any effect on weight loss. My daughter is much calmer and more emotionally stable on Omega3 too :)

I posted last week that I am trying several things and asked what others take:

Omega 3 Fish Oil--I just started. I started because my dad died last year with dementia. I bought a great book on brain health and this is HIGHLY recommended by this author (Dr) for 1) your brain 2) weight lose 3) moods! So, I have added it to my daily goal.

My daughter was to take coenzyme Q10 to help with chronic stress head aches. Maybe I should take it with her? What have you noticed?

Someone else responded saying they take B12 liquid and it has helped with energy--ANYONE know about that?

Thanks for the post and reply-I might just keep up the O3 fish oil!!!
