I know. People who are like Forman? Seriously? So old school.
Well let me tell you what I make on Forman grills.

stuffed pita pockets
grill wraps
grilled cheese sandwiches
I use it to make just about any kind sandwich on them.

Favorite in my household is the stuffed pita pocket.

Spit in the middle
spread on thin layer of pizza sauce
add fave toppings on a pizza
put on the grill open end towards back of grill
close lid
grill up to 3 minutes or until your happy with it
Eat up..YUMMo.

I put diced onions and peppers
and sliced tomato
low fat part skim moz. cheese
It's heavenly and so filling.

I also heat up precooked bacon and sausage on it
(When I actually have it to do)
I even grill onions and peppers on it..
I even use flatbread to make pizza on it. Just being careful NOT to
lower the top all the way down to prevent cheese from sticking to lid.
I also grill garlic texas toast on it as well..It's really so versatile.

Someone I use to know told me she always fries her eggs on hers. I have one and never used it maybe it's time to give it a go. Love the sound of the stuffed pizzas too. Thanks!

Thing about frying eggs on it you will have to lift the front of it to level the grill out before frying an egg on it. It's possible just
    extra work.

It depends on what model you have. I have one with changeable grill plates, so one set is the regular grill kind and the other set is flat like a griddle. Then it has legs that you can flip around to elevate or make the grill flat, and you can flip the lid all the way open so you have two griddle surfaces at the same time. The only bummer about that model is that when you are grilling, it doesn't have the lock mechanism for the lid so you can hover it over your food to melt cheese or whatever, but I just put my stainless steel measuring cups between the plates to keep it elevated if I need to.
