Results from pop pilates (blogilates)?

Hello, I came across her videos yesterday and i noticed there were some very good comments about it. Has anyone used these videos and got results? Pics maybe? thanks :)

    I incorporate her routines with lots of biking cardio and strength training at the gym. I love her routines because they really push me and I feel the burn the next day. She is also very enthusiastic and genuine and it keeps me motivated. Cassey's workouts help me target those places I can't focus at the gym (back and inner/outer thighs) and help with keeping the muscles long and lean with flexability. I only started a month ago and can feel the difference. Sorry I don't have pics, but with the help of her routines I dropped a whole pant size in 3 weeks :happy: ! You should check out her website blogilates.com lately she's had a few people send her their success stories with pics. She also goes over clean eating and always has new recipies. Hope this helps, Cassey is great, I highly recommend her :)

  • ive been doing pop pilates too! i like her lower body workouts the best - im trying to target my thighs. definitely feel the burn.
