I need more support!

I have been maintaining my weight for nearly 6 weeks and I'm ready to start losing again! My strategy is to lose around 20 lbs, then maintain for 6-8 weeks, and then do it again and again until I have reached my goal. I do it this way so that I don't gain all of it back, like I have in the past. I'm 5'8", 182 lbs. Size 31W35L jeans, L/XL shirt.

I try to log in every day and log all meals/workouts and I try to comment on as much as I can. I'd really love to have some new, supportive, motivated friends to help keep me on track. Most of my friends now only log in once a week and (maybe I'm needy, but) I need more than that! LOL.

I'm (re-)starting Insanity on Monday on top of 2-4 group classes a week at my gym and I try to swim at least 2 miles a week. I'm always open for new ideas and tips to lose and maintain weight, as well as tone and build muscle.
