Can someone help me out here? I posted all my stats to my profile. I'm logging my exercise daily- today I ran for 2 hours.
The site is telling me I have 1271 calories left after I logged what I ate for breakfast and will eat for dinner. I'm not sure if that is correct. I going out for lunch and don't want to blow my day because the site is wrong. But, I do want to enjoy a somewhat nice lunch if I can afford it.
I'm not trusting the site when it says I have an allotment of 2370 calories for the day...that just seems like too much.
Can someone please offer some advisement?

Its because you exercised for 2hrs... So the extra calories that were added are your "exercised calories". You can choose to eat none, some or all. Keep in mind, if you become hungry, do feed your body because its informing you that it needs more energy.
PS: The website is accurate.0
