So, I'm sitting on the couch getting some rest after the morning rush of taking care of little kids and cleaning up. I start wondering why in the world was I so hungry - it wasn't lunchtime yet. I wonder and wonder and realize, oh yeah, I forgot to eat. So I haul out breakfast - some cottage cheese, toast, green tea, jelly. I look at the serving size of the cottage cheese - 1/2 cup! So I haul out a measuring cup and get two servings. When I'm all full, I still have a piece of toast left.
Forgot to eat?! Breakfast measured cottage cheese and one slice of toast?! Thanks God, cause that was definitely not my doing!

Nothing silly about it!! Its informed and disciplined and its the way to win!! very nice job0

I've caught myself doing this as well! I take out my measuring cup to measure my cereal (Oats) and Milk, and weighing my meat with the scales! It started out as something so i could accurately Log how much i was eating on MFP, but it's just becoming habit now :happy:0
