My name is Emily, Ive been on food lovers weight loss program since Aug 2009. I have lost 13 pounds but needed to be here to calculate how much Im really eating. Im 52 years old and suffer from
e-regular blood sugars (Im diabetic), high blood pressure, herniated back disc, arthritis, to name a few problems Im having. I have started walking and doing exercise I can tolerate and its getting better as I go. I started at 178 lb, now at 164, my goal (for now is 150 lbs) Im going to the Bahamas at the end of January on a cruise, and want to be able to look decent in a bathing suit. Im single and on disability whcih gives me time to eat eat and be a couch potato. Ive been working on changing that and want to get sexy again. Emily
