breakups and eating

hey guys my boyfriend and i recently split up, and I am having a very hard time forcing myself to eat and get enough calories in a day, do any of you have any tips? I would appreciate it!

  • This happened to me a few weeks ago...I feel your pain, it will get better!

    As for the food and exercise: For me, getting in a little exercise helped me feel better, but it may be different for you. Just try to go for a walk to clear your mind..it helped me. When it comes to food, I'd be lenient on yourself these next few days. When my boyfriend broke up with me, I couldn't eat anything for basically the whole day, but the next day I was hungrier, so it all balanced out.

    So, long story short, don't go crazy and binge, and don't eat nothing, but don't worry if your eating is a little weird for a week or so--your body, and your heart, will recover. :)
