I started MFP 6 weeks ago and I have been giving it my all logging everyday and supporting others when I can. Problem is all the people I've added on here seem to not be as determined as I am.
So now my list is full of non-loggers and on again off again people.
I'm looking for dedicated people who i can support and will support me.
if that sounds like you please add me
Thank you

How do you define "dedicated'? Does falling off the wagon but logging it count? Fighting the good fight, even if I lose occasionally? If so, I'd love to add you. I could use the support of someone dedicated, and someone who will nudge me when I need it, and call me on it if I miss a day without a decent reason.0

Lol Lets be friends. I am TOTALLY motivated. No laziness over here!

hi i need motivation so here goes, i am in if you are???????????????????????????0

Ive been on MFP just about 6 weeks too! Havent missed a single day of log ins either and im down 15lbs! Id be more than happy to help you keep motivated0
-
I will help motivate you! I have only been here for 5 days but am loving it! I may not be knowledgable enough to offer advice but i am always good at motivation! Will add you!0

Anyone can add me too.
I tend to get on in the mornings and in the evenings after of work.
I could always use more support and motivation.0 -
My friends list is a wide variety of people, from those pursuing bodybuilding like me to those who are still struggling with understanding macro ratios ALL good people. ALL I can learn something from. I think of myself as pretty dedicated. I don't log my food anymore and I don't count calories anymore. That part of this site completely killed my motivation to lose weight, just way too tedious for such slow payoff. But that's me. I follow my trainer's nutrition plan now and I love having stability in my diet and a routine that I can count on on a daily basis without feeling deprived (or counting calories! although, I still weigh everything). Would love to be MFP friends!0

Hey Bry-
I am 3 weeks in, so my ticker is still unimpressive. But it is getting a little more impressive each week. I friend rec'd you if you want. I am not quitting, and not failing to log.
You want a pacer? I am here. To that end, enable your ticker to be visible on your posts. That's a motivating thing, too!0 -
Thanks everyone!
And how do you enable your ticker?0 -
I'm on this thing every day. I log almost every day and I workout hard 5-6 days a week. Feel free to add me.0
-
I delete people daily from my list.. If I get that "so and so has not logged in for 3 days message" I delete that person. In my defense.. rarely did I add you in the first place. LOL Oh.. and I'm not really a fan of constant whiners.0

i'm here everyday since the beginning of May! i am currently at a plateau so you may not see much from me in terms of weight loss, but i log everyday and i try to be pretty active on my news feed with my friends! anyone feel free to add me!0
-
Having this problem too - I have a lot of lovely people on my list, but also a variety of others! I log daily and work hard, feel free to add me any others are welcome too to please please read my profile first though!!0
-
Honestly I just delete the people that don't log in after a few days (unless I like them). I sometimes try to stay away from new people because they tend to disappear after a while.0
-
Maybe you added the wrong kinds of people? Do you need motivation with fitness? Weight loss? Both?
Once you find the folks who have similar goals, the motivation will be second nature.0 -
Thanks everyone!
And how do you enable your ticker?
Tools > Weight Loss Tickers > Create Ticker. It's fairly self explanatory from thereon in0 -
I'll add you, I need more reliable friends myself.0
-
feel free to add me.....
I go through my friends list and delete people once they haven't logged in for a month......0 -
Keep in mind the first six weeks are often some of the best--you're motivated, getting great results, and on a "high." Don't shoot yourself in the foot by filing your list with people who will drop you if you have an off period. :flowerforyou: Hope you don't have that though--sincerely!0

I log on every day and track my food and exercise honestly. I'd love to add you and anyone else who wants/needs people who are dedicated.0
