Hello! New to Site :)

Hello, I am a 45 yr old SAHM with 7 children ranging from 26 down to 4 yrs of age. I have tried just about every type of weight loss under the sun (most recently WW new points plus) but keep hitting plateaus. Hoping MFP will be the answer as it monitors more of the specifics like carbs, fat etc that you need daily.
I am a zumba fanatic, doing it 4 times a week minimum, but just broke my big toe 3 days ago and am now unable to do any kind of exercise for the next 4 weeks. :sad: So, I know the next 4 weeks I am going to have to be really strict about what goes in my mouth, since there is nothing to help burn any of it off!
