I just joined this site today, and I'm excited to get started. My goal is to lose about 10 pounds, but mostly to just motivate myself to be healthy. I like to exercise, but get bored pretty quick if I don't mix it up.
Right now I've been trying to run a few times a week, but I've mountain biked, swam, did zumba, weights, elliptical, and quite a few other workouts in the past. I have some back trouble and have found yoga to be the best to keep that in check. Now that I'm approaching 30, it's not as easy to eat anything I want and not gain weight. I am hoping this site will help me learn to get a better idea of how many calories I'm consuming a day.
Well, that's my short introduction.
