New to the site

:happy: Hello, Everyone!

I just downloaded the app on my phone a couple of days ago, but I logged in on my computer to see community boards and find fitness friends:).

I am 5' 4" and weigh 152. I have four kids and also work, so I don't get a lot of downtime to workout. I would like to tone up and weigh 130 lbs or so. I am trying to do some form of exercise 5 days a week which includes walking, walking/joggin intervals, the eliiptical trainer, and strength training exercises from virtuagym.com and my fitness magazines.

I look forward to making more friends here for support and fitness/nutrition tips.
