I feel like i have a good grasp on my calorie intake and workout while i am home. But i was just promoted and now travel alot with my job. There is often dinners out with drinks and airport food. I would be interested in hearing tips from other mfp users have for staying on track on the road. Thanks for the support...

I'm in the exact same boat - this month I was away 2 out of 4 weeks! If possible I look for a room with a mini-fridge so I can keep snacks in there. For example, last week I picked up some all natural taziki, cut veggies and rice crackers. I also do a lot of menu "customizations" i.e. I'll order the fish, but ask for extra veggies in lieu of a potato. The airport is the toughest, that's for sure.0
