I did a search to try and figure how to log the Sweatin series. I have the first 4. Couldn't find an answer. So I went straight to the master himself. Or rather his Facebook page. He said it depends on how much effort you put into it. So if you dance around and jump all over the place I have the stats. It took me a few days but I based it on what Richard said and timed it on my phone. So it is pretty close.

What are the stats? I have my mom's old tapes plus the 20th anniversary DVD set and I use them when I can't get to the gym :)

I've always logged it as low-impact aerobics, and MFP's number for low-impact aerobics matches my HRM's number pretty closely.

a floor dweller is low impact. Jumping like an idiot is regular. And not being able to breathe (almost) is high
