any goog eating plans out there I can follow

I got in shape and I was very happy but now that I am in the navy its super hard to have a regular schedule we are leaving and going out sea I just need some advice on how to make a something I cant stick to and counting cals when on the ship since they dont give us cal info on the food they serve us I am determine to make getting healthy my number 1 prority

    You can't go wrong by sticking to lean proteins with lots of fruits and veggies and limit butter/oils/bad fat. It will probably hard with someone else making your meals for you, but you can exercise portion control and pick apart the meal to figure out how many calories are in it. You can definitely do this!
