Should I eat something else?

Right, so, for dinner, I made this small chicken stiryfry thing, using half a chicken breast, 1/4 cup dry quinoa and about 1/4 a large onion. Long story short, I made it too spicy on this hot day, ate a little less than half, felt ill, and threw the rest away.
I was wondering if I should eat something else? I mean, I'm not hungry- still a little sick- but I know I could stomach a bun and perhaps a peach. And if I did eat something else, how would I track that? I said I ate a little less than half, but I think that half was most of the chicken in the whole thing. Does it even matter, since today is technically a cheat day?
My main worry is that I don't want to eat anything if I'm not hungry, but I also don't want to under eat. And of course the bag of buns on the counter is looking tastier and tastier by the minute. What are your thoughts?
EDIT; I should also add that the buns are for sure healthy, because they're made by a friend at the Farmer's Market, but they also don't have the list of nutrition facts on it, so that would also add to my tracking troubles.

If you're truly not hungry, don't eat, but maybe a bun would help settle your stomach a bit? I wouldn't worry too much about the calories, sounds like you won't get very many in today, and one day of under-eating won't hurt, just don't make a habit of it.0

Like what Erin said, it's just one day, if a bun will help your stomach it's fine...0
