The good:
Kale, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, Greek yogurt, cherries, grapes, apricots, almond milk, whole turkey breast, eggs.

The bad:
Diet coke, salami, mayo, bag of shredded cheese

The ugly:
bag of mini snickers, slice of cheese cake, chocolate syrup, Carmel sauce.

    Ton of greek yogurt (Costco run today), soy milk, sliced turkey, skim milk mozzarella, coffee (for making iced coffee protein smoothies), balsamic salad dressing, chicken, havarti, bottled water, mayo (just can't eat tuna without it), natural peanut butter, mustard, margarine (I know, I know...), apples.

    Cold new potatoes, baby plum tomatoes, beetroot, potato and onion omelettes, goats cheese, pineapple cottage cheese, duck eggs, omega enriched chicken eggs, vegetables, almond milk, filtered whole milk, milled flax, natural jam, halloumi cheese. The bad got binged on earlier unfortunately - 4 slices of cheesecake.
