Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked

What would I have done differently? Not eat the cupcake for lunch, drink more water, etc... :grumble: :explode:

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, exercise and make better food choices than yesterday.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? not a lot

    What would I have done differently? not eaten that awful apple pie or binged for dinner - I'm still uncomfortable from that

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, get some exercise

    Nope.

    Carried a 26 lb pound child around for most of the day while wearing 3 inch heels.

    What would I have done differently?
    Worn only 1 inch heels.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within calories, get to the gym to exercise, and eat clean.

    Nothing food wise. :grumble:

    I would not have ate that candy bar along with the bowl of cereal at 9 last night.

    Eat better and exercise tonight.
