Question about Abundant Earth puffed corn?

I've been loving the puffed corn by Abundant Earth lately but I'm confused as to what a serving is. The serving size says 14g and I don't have access to a scale to measure out how much that would be (in terms of half a cup or whatever). Does anyone else eat these (if not, you totally should) and if so, could you clarify the serving size for me? Thanks!
