anyone have a hungry girl cookbook?

Was wondering if their apple-cinnamon muffin recipe was the one like a friend gave me, that included pre-pkg'd muffin mix with the all-bran cereal? Because when i calculated the calories for the recipe given me, it came to about 442 a piece with only 3.3 g of fiber, but one in the food base here rates the calories much much less....?? thanks.

    HI, no sorry thats not like the one in the book, you can go to the webiste hungrygirl.com and get it there along with all other recipes and even ones not in her book. Hope this helps.
