sodium binge.... now what?

I've had several days in a row where I've binged on chips, popcorn and pizza. Now I'm feeling the sodium bloat and it's showing up on the scale too. What's the best way to help it pass quickly?

    Potassium balance is essential.

Learn to eat right and you wont have the water retention!

If you have sodium levels that are in line with potassium levels and drinking the right amount of water you probably wont have retention issues.

Nothing, just contiue on as normal. You might gain a few pounds of water weight as your eloctrolytes balance out, but it will be gone in a week or so.

    What Dan said...

Eat extra potassium and drink a lot of water and that should help balance you out!
