Workout routine and time???

Currently i rejoined a gym, im plateauing a bit and slowing down progress. i know do a simple circuit at the gym of 10 min treadmill 15 min machines ( focusing and upper or lower body switching weekly) 20 min bike, what do you think? what has worked for you? Add me if you can help. My trouble areas are triceps, and overall arm strength and stomach Thanks all

It's hard to give advice without knowing exactly what you are doing, including treadmill program, machines used, current sets/reps on strength training, diet/nutrition, and specific goals0

i do intervals on the treadmill run then walk between 3.5 and 5.5 that works for me but everyone is deifferent so i am not sure. I love the treadmill and eliptical i do alot of cardio.0

I did insanity before this, i lost a lot of weight and inches but became flabby!! so i need to tone, but i dnt want to gain. so shld i do cardio still? im so confused!!0
