Workout routine and time???

Currently i rejoined a gym, im plateauing a bit and slowing down progress. i know do a simple circuit at the gym of 10 min treadmill 15 min machines ( focusing and upper or lower body switching weekly) 20 min bike, what do you think? what has worked for you? Add me if you can help. My trouble areas are triceps, and overall arm strength and stomach :/ Thanks all
