Replace the zucchini with shredded cauliflower, add a tablespoon of mild curry powder

Follow the same recipe and timings

They are amazing! Ok it takes calorie count up to 30 each. But they taste Sooo good.

    Enjoy

Made these at last today. They seem pretty good, but didn't hold together well. Next time I will gate the zucchini and cheese finer .

They freeze very well, defrost thoroughly, re-heat at 200celcius for 5 to 7 minutes.

I open freeze in baking. Parchment then decant to an airtight container. Keep happily for 3 months in freezer.

I made these last night and they were really yummy. Went and bought a mini muffin tin JUST to make these. I didn't have bread crumbs so I threw a few saltines in the food processor and used those. Even my vegetable hating husband loved them.
