A bottomless pit

Lately I have been so hungry all the time. And I don't even mean physically hungry, unfortunately -- I just mean I feel like eating CONSTANTLY. Even with exercise calories it's been a huge struggle to stay under my goal.

Could this just be a phase? Does anyone ever feel like this? What could be causing it? I'm a pretty active person (a waitress) and I run 3-6 miles 4-6 days a week, so with exercise calories I'm usually allowed about 1600-1900 a day, and STILL that's not enough! That's a fair amount of calories and it really should be sufficient.

It seems like it might be impossible to lose these last 10 pounds!
