Pancake Lovers

I love pancakes and so I went looking for a recipe that was healthy. I found many but this was I really like. So I want to pass it on to all of you.

1/2 cup of Old Fashion Oats ( not instant)
4 egg whites can use egg substitute
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
dash of cinnamon (optional)
Combine the oats baking powder and salt and cinnamon if you use it
beat egg whites lightly and add to dry mixture. Use non stick spray on griddle or pan. Turn cakes only once. You get four cakes out of this.

Total calories for the whole recipe is ....................214 not bad
