being stuck

ever since i reached 143 almost two weeks ago, i've been stuck and haven't gone down half a pound
i started exercising more (walking 1-2 hours a day + started pole dancing on friday) and while i have indulged in some "fatty" foods (french fries, cookies, bread) i still stayed within my calorie goal every single day
yet the number on the scale stays the same
i've been drinking more water and watching my sodium intake (because many said it could be water weight) and still NOTHING
do you guys have any advice on what to do at this point?
i figured it could be that i'm building more muscle, and that's why my weight stays the same, but i don't think i've worked enough to be building muscle already
do i just wait it out until my body decides to change or is there something i can do to get out of this slump?
last time this happened someone suggested a juice fast but that only made me lose a pound and gain back two so that's not a possibility for me.
i normally lose about 2 pounds a week and this is really, REALLY demotivating
any advice?

Have you also had a body fat analysis done and take your measurements regularly? If you see those numbers go down, that could be your motivation again.0
