Jillian Michaels Kickstart Menu Question

This might be an idiotic question, but looking over the 7-Day Kickstart Menu I noticed "Poached Eggs" as an option for breakfast. Does anyone know how many eggs she means? 1,2? Thanks!

    I don't know that menu....but I would hazard a guess that since it is plural...probably 2.
