any 1 know how many calories are in coffee with 1 sugar n semi skimmed milk?

    black coffee itself has about 5 calories. Measure how much sugar is in "one sugar" ..i think its a tsp. There are 15 calories in 1 tsp of sugar. Then check the calories on the milk.
