Electonic Scale

So, I have been doing the eating healthy, exercising regulary for the past 45+ days. However, the past two weeks I weighed in the same. I knew I was losing inches based on how my clothes fit & how I look thru my waist & hips. The other day my husband got on the scale & it turns out the battery had died. I didn't give it much thought, but today I decided to weigh myself. My normal weigh in day is Weds. This morning (Sunday, Aug 5th) I weighed 137 lbs. On Weds, August 1st I was at 143 lbs. I have to believe that the battery did have something to do with what I weighed on Weds. I know some of it can be water weight, but I don't typically retain that much water - 6 lbs worth. Just wanted to put that out there... Replace the battery in your scale from time to time.
