Insanity - do it alone or with other regimens?

i started insanity last week (monday) and it's going well so far. i have been wondering, though, since it's basically all cardio, should i also do some weight training? i would really like to lose body fat and build muscle at this point.

i guess i'm just not used to doing only one thing in terms of a fitness regimen. i used to go to the gym and do the stair master and some weights while also doing workout videos on youtube.

    Hey Kaitlyn I mixed in weights 3 days a week, however you really dont need it, you do a variation of pushups situps shoulder exercises and it works fine all on its own.
