I learned the hard-way, for me personally

not to do the same repetitive exercise over and over. I blew out my knee by walking 500 miles in 5 months. Oh I lost the weight, but because I didn't vary my exercise, I have to quit walking altogether and learn to do other things, also, things that wouldn't make my knee worse. I really went into a slump because I couldn't "do my thing" anymore. No excuse but I gained it all back and then some. Now I have at least 3 different things I can do, stationery bike, regular mt. bike and swimming.
Thanks and good luck to all, denise
PS I am learning interval training, really like it and I can be done my exercise for the day within 20 minutes, just love that!!

Thanks for that tip. I find my self getting really bored or dreed doing the same thing. I mix it up with spinning, dancing, and strength training. If I dont like it, I just wont stick with it and then there goes my the inches stacking right back on the belly! :grumble:0
