145 Calorie French Toast!
2 slices of 35 calorie bread
2 tblsp. lite maple syrup (you can use more, but a little goes a long way)
2-3 tblsp. egg whites
1 tblsp. zero calorie sweetener
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Combine cinnamon and the zero calorie sweetener in a bowl. Spoon egg whites over the 2 slices of bread (make sure both sides are covered, it helps if you use a butter knife to spread it around). Then sprinkle the cinnamon/sweetener mix over both slices of bread. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray it with zero calorie I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray (I also spray a little on the bread for extra flavor!) Put both slices of bread in the skillet and let them sit for a minute or two, then flip them over. Then put them on a plate and pour 2 tblsp. of maple syrup over them and enjoy!
I haven't eaten french toast in FOREVER since I've been trying to lose weight so these tasted totally amazing when I had this low-calorie version for breakfast this morning!

There are several brands that make 35 calorie bread but the brand I buy is called Healthy Life and I usually buy it at Ultra Foods or Jewel but I'm sure it's sold at other grocery stores too!0
