Do you do 30-day shred alone or with other workouts/yoga?

I just bought Jillian Michaels' 30-day shred. I also have a gym membership to a local Planet Fitness where I enjoy doing interval training on the treadmills, and a few yoga DVDs I enjoy as well. I'm kind of new to all of this, so I'm wondering, those of you who have done or are doing the 30-day shred, do you do other things the same day, or does it take the place of going to the gym and/or doing other workouts and fitness activities for you? I know it's a very intense workout, but it's only 20 minutes, so I'm just curious if it's all people do or if it's typically something people incorporate into a regimen with more things. I hope that makes sense.
