I need to get back on the log

Options
I went on a mini-vacation and did'nt log my food. I am still moving in the negative...but have slowed down. Anyone in the same boat?

I know it works....I am gonna get back on the log. :tongue:

    ABSOLUTELY!!! I stopped logging for quite a while because I felt comfortable with what I was doing..and although I was still losing, it slowed down quite a bit. I recently started logging everything again, (and bought a food scale this time too!!!) and I am seeing AMAZING results!

    I have proved to myself this can be done. I have never lost this much weight and not felt deprived...it hasnt always been easy but no nearly as bad as when I was restricting food groups. I have what I want in moderation...planning is the key. I am getting back in the groove. Good thing we went to San Francisco...we ate out every meal...walked a million miles....I didnt gain an ounce. I was surprised at how my food choices have changed...fried foods are not as good as I remember.
