I have just bought dumbells, 5lbs each with adjustable weights. I have never used weights before and looking at logging them on here I notice it allows you to log sets, reps and weights but I was wondering if there is a wayto differentiate between doing one arm at a time or both arms...?
Anyone able to assist or tell me what they do?
Thank you

A few things.
If you want to log the calorie burn, look in the cardio section for strength training to get a very general count of calories burned.
Logging your weights, sets, and reps in MFP is better than nothing but it is only very basic. Tools like JeFit will actually let you graph progress and keep up with actual workouts.
Kudos on picking up the strength training.0
