Hi everyone

what foods have you swapped to for a more healthy alternative

mine have been as below so far:

milk = full fat to skimmed

bread = while to wholemeal

cheese = hard cheese to soft cheese spread

fizzy drinks = cans fizzy drinks to squash with sparkling water

sugar = sugar to sweetners (no sugar used anymore)

oil = cooking oil to 1 cal spray

chips = frying chips to oven chips

+ all food is either steamed or cooked (no deep frying anymore)
