to eat or not to eat

i am 16 cals under my goal for the day and 1117 cals under my weekly goal. we got chinese food for dinner and i had 1 cup of shrimp fried rice and 2 rangoons. my problem is that i am still waaaay hungry. do i go by todays cals or my weekly cals and have another plate???? you can look at my diary... :)

  • I didn't check your diary, but if you have been eating well and under your calorie goal, I'd say another plate will be fine. It's nice to incorporate a refeeding day. If you're not feeling full though, try eating brown rice instead of the usual white rice if they serve it, or eat more broccoli! More fiber, and is a complex carb and it'll help you feel fuller longer. ;O
