Here is my recipe, enjoy! I made the full recipe, portioned it out in a few different containers and froze some. It really did turn out good.
White Bean and Chicken Sloppy Joes Serves 8
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Pure Wesson Canola Oil

1 pound boiled and shredded chicken breast meat (boneless/skinless)
1 can (15 oz each) Great Northern beans, drained, rinsed &
1 can Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
Oroweat Sandwich Thins – I like the Honey Wheat & I lightly toast it.
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and beans; cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until hot.
2. Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce; cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until sauce thickens slightly. Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on your bun and enjoy.
