Hello, my name is Kim and I am new to this site. I am already loving it. Due to health issues I have come to the realization that I need to lose weight if I want to be around to grow old and gray (see my blog for more detail). I have struggled with my weight for years. I look forward to meeting new people that are experiencing the same things I am with the battle to lose weight. I think having a support system will make all the difference. I am ready for a new me.
