Random Weight Gain!?

I need some help. So, I've been under my calorie goals (unless some estimation is off) and exercising enough. The thing is, since last week, I've gained a pound or two. I do not look more toned, and I don't think it's muscle. I want to slenderize...
I ate some ice cream and brownies over the week, but not every day. And some Domino's. Mentally and physically, I felt like crap. Is that the reason for the weight gain? Because I was still fine with calories...
This feels pathetic, cause of how much more I have to go! HELP!

Close to your period by any chance? You could be retaining water.

Drink LOTS of water. Dehydration will cause you to retain as well.
  • How often do you weigh yourself? Try weighing yourself right away in the morning before you have eaten anything. As ridiculous as this may sound, it can simply be poo weight.

You weight is going to flucuate up to 5 lbs daily. Dont stress out. It takes 3500 extra calories for 1 lb of fat storage.

omg ice cream? brownies? Dominos? That means that every ounce you put on is fat. You are now a brownie fatter then you were yesterday.

I kid *crosses fingers for sense of humor*. This is not the case case at all. Weight goes up and down, this is very normal and considered healthy. Even if you ate all broccoli and chicken breasts, this will happen, for many healthy reasons. You can't really judge if you're consistently gaining weight over a few days. It's likely going to drop off in a few days and isn't related to the ice cream. Sit back, relax, have some moomoos. Stop making yourself feel 'like crap'.

If over the next few weeks you consistently gain then it may be time to consider you may be eating to little/to much/not enough of _blank_ etc.
  • I drink a lot of water and weigh myself about once a week in the morning after a workout.
