Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

I just purchased the DVD. Any tips, feedback, or results from anyone?

    Take it easy. I did it a couple of months ago. The 1st day I did it...afterwards I could barely walk for 4 days...pushed myself too much.

  • I've done the entire shred once before and plan on doing it again in a week or so. If you haven't had much experience with weight training, or even interval training, take it slow and take it easy. It's definitely going to be a challenge, but you'll see results if you stick to it. I strength train and do cardio daily and this program was intense for me! It does wonders though and helped me pull through a plateau. :)

    LOVE IT!!! I am just not able to do the dance videos. Literally tripping over my own feet! Just finishing it for the first time and have lost about 15lbs in the last month!

    I love this DVD! Jillian really keeps me motivated and pushes me through it. You'll love and hate her. It's tough, but if you push yourself and do the moves correctly, you can definitely see great results. Good luck!
