Exercises to help reduce fat/tone up the middle/lower back?

I have the "back wings" as I like to call them. The fat that spills out UNDER the bra, not over. I have it upper and lower. The lower half is more like a love handle, but it rolls over in the middle of my back in the pelvic region. Are there any exercise that will help reduce or tone up that area so the fat slowly goes away? I know you can't spot reduce, but I just want to tone it as I work the fat off...Any help?
