Alrighty, folks here's my *~*CHEESECAKE SMOOTHIE MEAL REPLACER*~* recipe!!

In a blender:
Drop in 1/2 c dry instant oats (150cals)
Splash 1 c unsweetend almond milk (35 cals)
Just 1 scoop vanilla protein (120 cals, I use Gold standard whey)
Dash 1 tspn cinnamon (4-6 cals)
Splat on a1/2 c plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese (90-120 cals)
And finally, MAGICALLY SPRINKLE JUST1 tbspn sugar free jello dry pudding mix in cheesecake flavor (25 cals)

1 c water (0 cals)
2 c ice (0 cals)

>>>BLEND AND IMMEDIATELY CHUG AWAY!!*

The entire recipe makes a whopping 40 OUNCES OF SMOOTHIE AWESOMENESS for about 450 cals (if you do greek yogurt)you could break it into multiple servs (it's too delicious to share though, just sayin') or you could sub the oats for only 1/4 c and add spinach (you don't taste it! seriously!) to drop it down by 75 cals.
This thing is a MEAL REPLACER, high in fiber and protein, virtually NO sugar added!

This thing is INCREDIBLY rich, creamy, cold, sweet, thick, and can make you fly!**
