Is it possible in 60 days?

So I'm getting married in 66 days. While I do a lot of cardio, and it has certainly helped me lose weight, I haven't done much strength/weight training. My wedding gown is strapless and my overall shape looks damn good in it, if I may say so myself. However, I'd really like to buff up my arms and ditch that little pouch of "armpit fat" (I know you know what I'm talking about, ladies!). Is it possible to accomplish these goals in 66 days? Anyone done so in that short amount of time?
