Hi ~ I have been struggling for awhile now to lose weight - my goal is to lose 50+ lbs. It seems that everything I have tried lately has been ineffective. This is my last resort and I am hoping and determined to make it work! I am looking at this positively and am looking for support as well as being a positive support to others. Hi Debbie, I have found with weight loss we always try to fix what we eat first, which seems to make sense, but sometimes it doesn't matter how much you try it just doesn't work. Sometimes we have to look at how we feel and once we understand ourselves all of the other stuff seems to be much easier. I also made the mistake of focusing all of my energy on my family and neglected myself which in turn affects my family. Making the changes slowly worked for me (baby steps) I found it easier to stick to. Good luck.0
