I've finally decided I NEED to make time for this site again. I got a new job and thus far its been pretty demanding and I have not been on here in 6 weeks. . . My job isnt as choatic as it was to begin with so hopefully i can go back to making it on here daily! I was surprised to find after stepping on the scale i have not gained any weight! I was pretty excited about that and decided its time to make this a daily thing again.

    It's good that your job is calming down a little so you can get back to taking care of yourself. It's awesome that you have maintained what you have lost!!! That's mean you are still doing the right stuff!!!
