Muscles Cramps And Sore Legs

so I been doing alot of yoga and ab workouts lately and my legs are really sore. should I continue to work or should take a break? Also what are some good ways too prevent muscle smy muscle from become sore or help sore muscles?

Don't stop working out because you're sore, maybe try to focus on another area like your arms. Even though your legs are sore, you could still do some cardio, but yoga is tough to do when you're sore though.0
