    Yeah I read that a couple of days ago... I got to my highest weight ever taking kickboxing classes, yoga and running 5 days a week. Weight loss is all diet. In fact, I find it's easier to lose weight the less I work out.

    I've taken up endurance running in the last few years and now I eat to run... and it's much harder to cut weight while doing so.

    makes sense to me. i got 80 pounds overweight while lifting heavy, running 10Ks and taking capoeira. now i'm pretty much doing the same things training wise but i'm losing weight since i'm eating less.
