A bit counterproductive but what is your favorite dessert?

I'm a pastry baker and I'm lacking some inspiration to create something. I enjoy making things that people like to eat :) I personally love a good fruit tart. Yum yum!

    I'm a big dessert person. I love cheesecake. Especially ones with other flavors mixed in. Peanut Butter Cup cheesecake, Turtle cheesecake, Banana cheesecake. I also love anything with cream cheese frosting. mmmm... or caramel... damn it. Now I'm hungry.
